A direct connection for your congregation
Your church doesn't have a sending problem. It has a reaching problem.
ChurchBlasts is your church's Hub for the messages people shouldn't miss. Start with the email list you already have, organize it by ministry, and hear back from people one to one.
- Prepaid credits
- Blasts credits never expire
- No subscription
- Starts with your email list

Worship is at 9:00 and 11:00 tomorrow, with coffee in between. The nursery is open for both services.
We need four more people to sort food pantry donations tonight at 5:30. Can you help? Reply YES or NO.
You're already sending. The question is who's actually reaching.
You send an important message and someone says, "I never saw that." The bulletin, the slide loop, the email, the group text and the social post each reach some people some of the time. The gap shows up at the moment it matters: a closed road, a room change, a call for help.
- Email
Good for Newsletters and long-form information
Where churches struggle Important notes can sit unread among everything else in the inbox
- Text (SMS)
Good for Short, immediate messages
Where churches struggle Per-message and platform costs, and it depends on phone numbers
- Social
Good for Community and reaching new people
Where churches struggle An algorithm decides who actually sees a post
- Church app push
Good for Direct notifications
Where churches struggle Only works if people installed your app and left notifications on
- ChurchBlasts
Good for By email from day one, on Blasts as people connect, organized by ministry
Replies come back to a person, and nobody has to install anything first
Start with the list you already have.
Import the people who agreed to hear from you, and this week they get your church's messages by email, with nothing to install. Put your church code in the bulletin. When someone connects on Blasts, the Hub moves them over for you. If they ever disconnect, they're back on email.

- This week
Import your list
Upload the people who agreed to hear from you. Each new address becomes an email subscriber right away, and your Hub includes 50 email credits to start.
- Every message
They hear from you by email
Messages go out from your church's own sending address once it is verified, one at a time or as a weekly digest, whichever each person prefers.
- As people connect
They move to Blasts
Share your church code or QR code. When your church accepts someone's connection on Blasts, the Hub moves them from email to Blasts automatically.
A week in the life of a connected church.
No new situations, just the ordinary week your church already has, run from one place. Here's what each day looks like once you're on ChurchBlasts.

People who connect with the code get it on Blasts; everyone else still gets it by email.

PrayerCare teamPlease keep the Ortiz family in prayer as Ana recovers from surgery this week. Shared with their permission.
Members can send a prayer request from the church's member page, or reply starting with PRAYER. Those go to the confidential Prayer lane.
- SaturdayChurchwide
Freezing rain is coming overnight.
ChurchwidePastorFreezing rain is expected overnight. Sunday's 9:00 service will be online only. We'll decide about 11:00 by 7 AM and post it here.
A Churchwide send asks for a passkey or phone approval first, then goes out by email and on Blasts.
Christmas Eve reminders and new-member welcomes, planned once
Event Campaigns send a planned series of messages around one date, and Journeys welcome each new member over their first weeks. Both are part of Hub Pro.
All of these go out from one Hub, by email or on Blasts, to the audience each message is for.
This is your Hub. It's built for how a church actually communicates.
Not a dashboard of settings. A place to organize your people, answer them, and plan the season, all in language your church already uses.

Eight ministry audiences to start
Churchwide reaches everyone on your church's list. The other seven are ready to use, and you can add your own, like Choir or Young Adults. People choose the ones that fit their life, and your church can also assign people to audiences.

Roles and Churchwide safeguards
Owners and Admins run the Hub. A Ministry Leader sends only to the audiences they're given, so the youth director can reach Youth but not the whole church. Leader approval is on by default, and every Churchwide send needs a fresh passkey or phone approval.
- OwnerEverything, including billing.
- AdminEvery audience, the team and integrations, without billing.
- Ministry LeaderSends to, and reads replies from, only their own audiences.
- ViewerReads along without sending.
Conversations and the Prayer lane
Every reply, by email or on Blasts, becomes a private one-to-one thread in Conversations, and staff notes are never shown to the person. With a Prayer audience, a confidential Prayer lane appears for owners, admins and the leaders you give Prayer to. Prayer requests from your member page, and replies that start with PRAYER, go there.
PRAYER: Please keep my mother in prayer before her surgery on Thursday morning.
We will. Pastor Dana will call you tomorrow. Thank you for telling us.

Harborstone is a fictional church we built to show ChurchBlasts in a church's own setting: its ministries, its audiences and the kinds of messages it sends.
Its audiences- Churchwide

- Students and parents
- Small group leaders
- Volunteer teams
- Prayer team
A fictional example church. Nothing there can be booked, bought or joined.

Reaching your congregation shouldn't mean another monthly platform bill.
There are two kinds of prepaid credits, and no subscription. Blasts credits pay for messages people get on Blasts: one typed message to one person is one credit, and Blasts credits never expire. Email credits pay for the same messages sent by email.
A 500-member church, in a typical month
- Two churchwide messages a week to ~380 connected members3,040
- A daily devotional to ~150 who chose it4,500
- A weekly youth update to ~75 families300
- A monthly volunteer message to ~120 people120
≈ 8,000 Blasts credits a month for the people who get these messages on Blasts.
With Verified Church Savings, a $50 package (30,000 Blasts credits) covers about three to four months at this pace. Without verification, the same package is 25,000 credits, about three months.
Email credits
People who still get your messages by email use email credits: one email to one person is one email credit, and someone on the weekly digest uses one email credit a week. Every new Hub includes 50 email credits, and packs start at $10 for 2,500.
Early on, many people are still on email. If 150 people get your Churchwide messages by email, each one uses 150 email credits: about 1,200 a month at two a week, so a $10 pack of 2,500 lasts about two months.
Keep email credits topped up: a message's email copies go out only when there are enough credits for everyone on email.
More of your budget on the mission.
Churches approved through the nonprofit verification program on BlastCredits receive a 20% bonus on Blasts credit purchases through $500 and on email credit packs, plus a 10% bonus on Volume Credits. It's optional: you don't need it to use your Hub, and it doesn't unlock Hub Pro.
- $5030,000 credits25,000 without verification
- $500900,000 credits750,000 without verification
Verification and checkout happen on BlastCredits.com, our Authorized Blasts Partner, and open in a new tab so you keep your place here. The bonus is applied automatically at checkout, and credits are delivered to your church's connected Blasts account.
What that cadence costs with Verified Church Savings
The model scales the example above: 76% of members connected churchwide; two churchwide Blasts a week; 30% choosing a daily devotional; 15% receiving a weekly youth update; and 24% receiving one volunteer message a month. It uses a four-week month.
| Church members | Blasts credits / month | Blasts credits / year | Packages for the year | Average / month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 500 | 8,000 | 96,000 | $150 | $12.50 |
| 1,000 | 15,900 | 190,800 | $250 | $20.83 |
| 2,500 | 39,800 | 477,600 | $500 | $41.67 |
| 5,000 | 79,600 | 955,200 | $600 | $50 |
Illustrative estimate, not a quote. Package spend is the least-cost combination of current published packages with the verified-church bonus, calculated from live pricing data. The monthly figure is annual package spend divided by 12; it is not a subscription. Blasts credits only; email usage is intentionally excluded. Credits never expire, so unused credits carry forward.
Hub ProHub Pro, with Journeys and Event Campaigns, unlocks once your church's credit purchases reach $500 in total, verified or not.
Set up in one sitting. Build the habit over 30 days.
Getting set up happens in a single sitting with the guided setup. Building the connection habit is what the first 30 days are for. No migration, and no giant technology project.
- Day 1
Set up your church
Guided setup walks you through creating your church, choosing starter audiences, and giving your leaders access, all in one sitting.
- Week 1
Invite the congregation
Import your opted-in email list, put the church code on the Sunday screen and in the bulletin, and ask ministry leaders to share it with their groups.
- Week 2
Send when it's timely
Start sending and start growing connections each Sunday: a weather closure, a trip reminder, a prayer request, tomorrow's reading. Useful beats frequent.
- Week 3
Turn on a Content Series
Load a Content Series like Daily Scripture once, and it runs on its own from there.
- Week 4
See what's working
Review which audiences and which moments are landing, and lean into the ones that are.

Church leaders ask us
What is ChurchBlasts?
ChurchBlasts is the church edition of the Blasts Hub: one place to organize your congregation into ministry audiences and send the messages they shouldn't miss, by email and on Blasts. Replies come back as private one-to-one conversations.
How does a church get started?
Sign in, run the guided setup, and import the opted-in email list you already have. Those people get your messages by email right away. Then share your church code and QR code; when someone connects on Blasts, the Hub moves them over automatically.
Do members have to install an app first?
No. People on your imported list get your messages by email from the start. Anyone who wants them on their phone or computer can connect with the free Blasts app or browser extension, and the Hub moves them to Blasts.
Can members choose what they receive?
Yes. Each person chooses the ministry audiences they want, so a family with teenagers can follow Youth while a retired couple follows Prayer and Daily Devotional, and your church can also assign people to audiences. Churchwide messages reach everyone. On Blasts, people can mute, set quiet hours or disconnect at any time; by email, they can reply STOP.
What can a church send?
Typed messages with formatting, links and images, and up to three attachments of 5 MB each (images, PDF or text), sent now, scheduled or repeating weekly. You can ask people to reply YES or NO, and the Hub counts the answers.
How much does it cost?
You buy prepaid credits from BlastCredits, an Authorized Blasts Partner, with no subscription. Messages on Blasts use Blasts credits: one typed message to one person is one credit, Blasts credits never expire, and packages start at $10. Messages by email use email credits: every Hub includes 50, and packs start at $10 for 2,500.
Do churches qualify for nonprofit savings?
Yes. Churches approved through the nonprofit verification program on BlastCredits receive a 20% bonus on Blasts credit purchases through $500 (for example, $50 becomes 30,000 credits and $500 becomes 900,000) and on email credit packs, plus a 10% bonus on Volume Credits ($750, $1,000 and $3,000). Verification is optional: it isn't required to use your Hub, and it doesn't unlock Hub Pro.
Does ChurchBlasts replace our church management software?
No. ChurchBlasts doesn't replace your church management software, directory or giving platform. It adds a direct channel beside them for the messages people need to see, and the conversations that follow.
